Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped.
  • Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy:

  • Return/Replacement is available for selected products only.
  • The return eligibility of a product is mentioned on its respective product page on the website.
  • Return policies can be updated without prior notice.
  • If pick-up service is not available at your location, you must self-ship the product to our registered office to be eligible for a refund.
  • Return/Replacement charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are accepted in case an item is missing, wrong, or damaged in an order.
  • A return delivery charge of ₹100 is applicable to all customers.
  • Replacements are accepted in case an item is wrong or damaged in the delivered order.
  • Once the product is picked up, the refund is processed within 7–10 working days through the same transaction mode.

Note for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original, intact condition for return/refund eligibility.
  • The product must have the original packaging and tags in place.
  • Items without original tags will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Replacement requests must be raised within the return period (refer to the product page).
  • Requests made after the return window will not be accepted and are not eligible for refund.
