The Deqor

At The Deqor, we take utmost care in manufacturing, packing, and dispatching our products, especially fragile items such as mirrors and glass décor. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with applicable Indian laws. Customers are advised to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned below.


1. Cancellation Policy

●     Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

●     Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

●     Cancellation requests placed after dispatch will not be entertained.


2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

●     Return or replacement is available only for selected products, as clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

●     Products that are customised, made-to-order, or manufactured as per customer specifications are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

●     Eligibility for return/replacement is limited to cases where:

○     The product received is physically damaged, or

○     An incorrect product has been delivered, or

○     An item is missing from the order.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To safeguard against transit damage and fraudulent claims, the following is strictly mandatory:

●     A clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package, immediately after delivery.

●     The video must clearly show:

○     The sealed outer packaging,

○     The shipping label,

○     The entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses,

○     The condition of the product inside.

●     The unboxing video must be shared with The Deqor within 24 hours of delivery.

⚠️ Important:

●     Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

●     Videos shared after 24 hours of delivery will be considered invalid.

●     Any tampering with the packaging before recording the unboxing video will render the claim null and void.

●     In the absence of a valid unboxing video, the customer waives the right to claim return, replacement, refund, or any legal remedy related to transit damage.


4. Return Period

●     Return or replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

●     Requests raised after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

●     Products found damaged after use, installation, or handling are not eligible for return or refund.


5. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for return or replacement:

●     The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

●     Original packaging, accessories, labels, and tags must be intact.

●     Products showing signs of use, installation, alteration, or mishandling will be rejected.


6. Return Shipping & Charges

●     A return delivery charge of ₹ 249 is applicable to all eligible returns.

●     For COD and prepaid orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to verified damage or defect.

●     For approved damage/defect cases, return pickup will be arranged only after successful verification of the unboxing video.

●     The Deqor is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit if the product is sent without authorised pickup or valid tracking details.


7. Refund Policy

●     Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team.

●     Upon approval:

○     Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

○     Processing time is 7–10 working days, subject to bank processing timelines.

●     No cash or alternative refunds will be provided.


8. Replacement Policy

●     Replacements are provided only for damaged or incorrectly delivered products, subject to verification.

●     No exchange for size, colour, shape, design, or style will be entertained under any circumstances.


9. Limitation of Liability

●     The Deqor’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

●     The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including installation costs or third-party service charges.

●     All disputes shall be subject to Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, Delhi..


10. Policy Updates

●     The Deqor reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

●     Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.

●     Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
